  • "half day" or "full day"? 1 or 2 cleaners?
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Feel it out! We simply refuse 2 drive 2 more than two homes a day. Just be on the safe side and book 2 cleaners for 2 full days. IF LESS TIME IS NEEDED: No reimbursements, unless extenuating circumstance (We're nice about it) IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED: You will be billed by the half hour at your cleaners hourly rate. Your cleaner is not obligated to stay (ever, really). However, most cleaners can accommodate 30-60 additional minutes.
  • What are Gems?
    20 Gems awards 1 FREE Half or Full Day of cleaning. Gems are our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty. When you book a half-day cleaning with us, you will receive 1 Gem, and for a full-day cleaning, you will receive 2 Gems. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Dust Bust for your cleaning needs, and for being a valued customer. The more you book with us, the more Gems you'll earn and the more free cleanings you'll get!
